All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.  

3. Order Placement & Payment
- Orders can be placed through our website, email, or phone.  
- Payments must be made in full before production begins.  
- We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.  
- In case of a failed or delayed payment, the order will not be processed until the issue is resolved.  

4. Customization & Proofing
- Customers must provide accurate details for any custom printing order.  
- We will share a digital proof for approval before printing.  
- Once the design is approved by the customer, no further changes can be made.  
- We are not responsible for errors in content (spelling mistakes, incorrect details, low-resolution images) provided by the customer.  

5. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.  
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.  
- Discounts or promotional offers, if available, will be applied at the time of purchase.  

6. Delivery & Shipping
- Orders will be shipped via reliable courier partners.  
- Delivery timelines are estimated and subject to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.  
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.  

7. Intellectual Property Rights
- All designs, templates, and content on our website are owned by GraphicWord.  
- Customers must ensure they have the legal rights to use any logos, images, or copyrighted materials they upload for printing.  
- GraphicWord is not liable for any copyright violations related to content provided by customers.  

8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for damages caused due to:  
- Errors in the design provided by the customer.  
- Delayed or lost shipments due to courier issues.  
- Unsatisfactory color variations (as digital screens may display colors differently from print).  
- Our liability is limited to reprinting the order or providing a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.  

9. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.  
- Refunds will be processed only for damaged or incorrect orders (refer to our Return & Refund Policy).  

10. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be settled in the courts of New Delhi.
